I really enjoyed unwinding on the rooftop after long days! The nearby market was super handy for snacks.
felt it like being home, no complaint

The breakfast buffet is delicious with great staples.
I was shocked by the rudeness of the reception staff. Specifically, a guy made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by simply asking for an extra night in the same room. For over £300 per night, such disrespect is unacceptable, and it ruined what could have been an enjoyable stay.

The air conditioning made a buzzing sound every 5 minutes—how charming. And don’t even get me started on the rudest guy at the front desk. I simply asked about extending my stay. I nearly left a good review but just couldn't with these inconveniences. An upgrade or complimentary gesture woudl've been nice, right?

missingWrote a review on 19 Aug
The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. they maintained a tidy appearance throughout the stay. the rooftop bar offered a tranquil spot to unwind, with a pleasant ambiance, though it had just a limited menu.
The air conditioning left much to be desired, as it struggled to keep the rooms cool, which could be a real bother during hotter months. Room decor felt outdated, with carpets showing their age and some artwork that didn't quite sit right with me. Noise from the street was noticeable, which might disrupt your sleep depending on the room location. Wi-Fi performance was hit or miss. sometimes slow, it made basic tasks frustrating at times. I found the breakfast options limited, with few fresh items to choose from, which wasn’t worth the extra cost when local offerings were better.
