I was shocked by the rudeness of the reception staff. Specifically, a guy made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by simply asking for an extra night in the same room. For over £300 per night, such disrespect is unacceptable, and it ruined what could have been an enjoyable stay.

The air conditioning made a buzzing sound every 5 minutes—how charming. And don’t even get me started on the rudest guy at the front desk. I simply asked about extending my stay. I nearly left a good review but just couldn't with these inconveniences. An upgrade or complimentary gesture woudl've been nice, right?
